About Deborah:
Deborah Sundquist is a Class 'A' Shareholder in the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1985.

Ms. Sundquist was admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and all lesser State Courts on May 12, 1989. She joined the firm of Meagher and Geer as an associate attorney where she litigated workers' compensation and employment related claims. In 1994, she became house counsel for CIGNA Insurance Company representing CIGNA and its insureds in all workers' compensation matters. She joined the Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. firm as an associate attorney in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2001. She has 19 years experience in defending workers' compensation claims.

Ms. Sundquist is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation matters for continuing legal education (CLE), Minnesota Institute of Legal Education (MILE), the Hennepin Country Bar Association, and programs on workers' compensation and for the Counsel on Education and Management.

Ms. Sundquist served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves in 1990-1992 participating state side in Operation Desert Storm and the Persian Gulf War; she served on the Board of Directors for the White Bear Skating Club, a non-profit organization to promote figure skating in the community; she serves as a youth leader for 7-9th graders at Roseville Lutheran Church.

Ms. Sundquist was selected as a Minnesota "Super Lawyer" by her peers in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. She was selected as the top 100 Women Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005 and 2006. She has also been named as the top 40 Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
