About Jim: James Gray has been employed by the law firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A., since 1977 and has remained in the employ of that firm to the present date. He has 31 years of experience in civil litigation spanning a variety of matters including automobile accident cases, construction site injuries, premises liability claims, product liability disputes as well as both commercial and residential construction claims. He has also worked extensively on cases involving employment law issues, insurance coverage issues and environmental coverage claims. He has handled many cases involving interplay of personal injury claims, workers' compensation, employer's liability and the subrogation claims of workers' compensation insurers. He is also a Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
He has also been a lecturer at CLE seminars presented by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and the Minnesota State Bar - CLE on issues involving the interplay of workers' compensation subrogation and employer liability, insurance coverage issues, and the mediation of civil claims.
He is a qualified neutral and is on the Minnesota Statewide ADR neutrals roster and is actively involved as a mediator in the mediation of civil lawsuits.
