About Michael
Michael Aafedt is a Class A Shareholder and President of Aafedt, Forde, Gray & Monson, P.A. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from St. Olaf College, and his J.D. degree, from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Aafedt is listed in the current edition of Leading American Attorneys and has been designated as a Super Lawyer by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics. He limits his practice to mediations and the defense of workers’ compensation claims, representing insurers and self-insured corporations. Mr. Aafedt is the former chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association Workers’ Compensation Committee, is a member of the State and Hennepin County Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute. He has been a frequent lecturer and course chair for Minnesota State Bar – Continuing Legal Education program on workers’ compensation.
