About Radd:
Radd Kulseth is an associate in the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. He received his B.A. in Classical Languages and Psychology from North Dakota State University in 1999, and his Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004.
Mr. Kulseth was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2004 and was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in 2005. He was also admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin in 2007. Mr. Kulseth is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
While in school, he served as a legal clerk in the Office of Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He has been employed at Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. since 2004. Mr. Kulseth has defended employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims, and his practice now focuses on defense of contractors in construction defect disputes, as well defending personal injury cases. He has represented a multitude of clients which include self-insured employers and insurance companies.
Mr. Kulseth was selected as a 2007 Rising Star Attorney in Civil Litigation by Minnesota Law and Politics.
