About Robin:
Robin Simpson is a shareholder in the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. He received his J.D. degree from Georgetown University in 1986. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, in 1983, and his Associate of Arts degree from Inver Hills College in 1981.

Mr. Simpson was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota and all lesser courts of the state in 1986 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 1987. While in law school he clerked for the Academy for State and Local Government, providing legal assistance to state and local governments, including submitting amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court on various Federalist issues. He joined a predecessor of the firm as a law clerk in 1985, became an associate in 1986, and has practiced as a shareholder of the firm from 1991 to the present. He has over 21 years' experience in litigation, focusing on workers' compensation defense, as well as advising, consulting and representing self-insured employers on a variety of employment related issues.

Mr. Simpson has also been a lecturer at CLE seminars, as well as private seminars for employers, insurers and industry groups.
