About Bill:
Bill Celebrezze is a shareholder with the firm. Bill obtained his B.A. in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1992.
Bill practices in the areas of employment law, construction litigation, products liability, and E&O litigation. Bill represents clients concerning discrimination and harassment claims, policy review and administration, and employee discipline and discharge. Bill also represents contractors in construction defect lawsuits involving breach of contract, warranty, and negligence claims. Bill also defends products liability claims, as well as errors and omissions claims alleging breach of fiduciary duty and related theories of recovery. Bill frequently conducts seminars on topics within his areas of practice.
