As a firm, we have a strong commitment to containing legal costs, which we believe is best accomplished through effective management of lawyer time. The firm avoids costly approaches such as double-chairing trials. Instead, we encourage case discussion among our lawyers and we emphasize use of support staff where appropriate.

Among the resources we have available is an extensive law and medical library which has been specifically designed to suit the firm's focus. Our custom-designed in-house computer enhances our research capabilities and provides our attorneys with on-line access to libraries and databases as well as access to all outside resources.
