Six Attorneys Named to 2015 Minnesota Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars
Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager is proud to recognize four attorneys named 2015 Minnesota Super Lawyers® and two attorneys named 2015 Minnesota Rising Stars by Super Lawyers®. These attorneys, who exemplify the highest quality of experience, commitment and service to our clients, will appear in Minnesota Super Lawyers Magazine's annual list. The list is also published as a special supplement in Twin Cities Business and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a service which rates lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections for Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys. Only the top 5 percent of attorneys in Minnesota are included in the annual Super Lawyers list. Rising Stars include attorneys who are either under the age of 40 or who have been practicing law for 10 years or less and no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state are named to the Rising Stars list. Two Shareholders Selected as 2015 Women Leaders in the Law
Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. is pleased to announce that shareholders Mary Hager and Kathy Endres have been selected as 2015 Women Leaders in the Law by ALM. ALM, in partnership with Fortune Magazine, features the profiles of the female attorneys in its fall issue of Fortune magazine.

Mary Hager has over 30 years experience in workers' compensation litigation, handling a wide variety of complex workers' compensation claims. She has lectured at various seminars presented to lawyers and the insurance industry and she served on a joint committee serving the Office of Administrative Hearings. In addition, she currently serves as a mediator to facilitate settlements of workers' compensation matters.

Kathy Endres has over 30 years experience in litigation, specializing in defending workers' compensation cases and advising insurers and self-insured employers on employment related issues. Ms. Endres is a speaker at various seminars for insurers and self-insured employers, addressing workers' compensation and employment-related issues.

Ms. Hager's and Ms. Endres' selection was based on their standing as an AV Preeminent® attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating possible for legal ability and professional ethics.

No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in any state are named to the Rising Stars list. For the past ten years, Ms. Lambert has specialized in workers' compensation defense. She has a wide variety of clients which includes both public and private employers. Many of her clients are self-insured. She enjoys the close working relationships that develop from years of providing defense work for her client base. Ms. Lambert has earned broad respect from colleagues and adversaries alike for her thoughtful professionalism. Her goal is to have zealous advocacy coupled with courtesy extended to all parties.
