	Michael D. Aafedt Workers' Compensation Michael Aafedt has over 35 years of experience in handling workers' compensation matters, and has served as a mediator in workers' compensation cases over the last 5 years.
	Michael Forde Workers' Compensation Michael Forde has over 30 years of experience handling workers' compensation cases, and is currently a mediator/arbitrator appointed by the Union Construction Crafts Workers' Compensation Program. Mr. Forde also serves as a private mediator in workers' compensation and other civil cases.
	James Gray Construction Jim Gray brings to his mediation practice over 30 years of experience litigating claims involving residential and commercial construction, construction site injuries, premises liability, and automobile accidents. A certified civil trial specialist, Jim has handled numerous cases involving the interplay between workers' compensation, personal injury, employers' liability, and subrogation. In mediating matters, Jim understands the importance of advance preparation, and strives to foster a collaborative environment where the parties can focus on the merits of their claims and defenses.
