Tyler Young focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, civil litigation, and subrogation. He represents Employers and Insurers in all aspects of litigation including formal file management, strategy recommendations, settlements, hearings, and appeals. Tyler enjoys developing meaningful relationships with Employers and Insurers and providing dedicated legal counsel and effective litigation strategies. Tyler also has experience representing injured employees in Minnesota and understands the challenges of various disputes from a unique perspective.
Michele Kunstmann earned her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in 1991 and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute in 1993. With a strong background in insurance defense, she has spent the past 17 years specializing in workers’ compensation. Michele brings extensive experience and dedication to the Firm that make her a valuable asset in navigating workers’ compensation litigation.
