Naomi Liebo is a shareholder with the firm Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. She received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Hamline University School of Law in 2004 and was an editor on the Hamline Law Review. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000 in Journalism/Advertising.

Ms. Liebo was admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota in October 2004. Upon graduation from law school, she worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward S. Wilson in the Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for a year and a half. She then joined the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. as an associate in May 2006 and she became a partner in 2011.

Ms. Liebo’s practice is focused exclusively on defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation litigation and negotiations. She has experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation and represents employers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurers. She prides herself on building and maintaining close working relationships with her clients. Ms. Liebo has a unique ability to passionately advocate for her clients while still maintaining courtesy and respect to all parties and she is well respected in the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation community. She analyzes each case from every angle to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients while also determining the most cost-effective approach. She is very organized, responsive, and reliable.
