Parker handles the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including file management, strategy recommendations, settlements with intervenors, witness depositions, hearings, and motion practice.

Before joining Aafedt Forde, Parker was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy J. Looby in Minnesota’s First Judicial District. At the court, Parker worked closely with the Judges, performed detailed legal research, wrote legal memoranda, recommended decisions, and drafted orders for the Court. While in law school, Parker served as a legal extern for a corporation working in employment law, securities regulation, and E-discovery.  Parker has been named to the Minnesota Rising Stars list each of the last two years and has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America™ in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law for Employers. He has presented in national and local workers’ compensation seminars on a variety of topics. Parker is also licensed to practice law in California.

In his free time, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog. Parker also enjoys exercising and traveling. Originally from San Francisco, CA, he is still an avid fan of the Bay Area sports teams.
