Randy Frimpong

Randy Frimpong is an attorney with Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. Randy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of Tau Sigma National Honor Society, an honor student, and on the dean’s list for several semesters.

During law school, Randy was on a dean's scholarship, and served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. As a Certified Student Attorney and a member of the law school's Immigration Clinic Practice Group, Randy successfully represented an immigrant to win their case in immigration court and he also helped another win their asylum petition.

Prior to joining Aafedt Forde, Randy worked as an Appeals Hearing Officer for the Texas Workforce Commission and an Employment Compliance Analyst for the Virginia Employment Commission. He also has experience as a Legal Analyst and served as an Employment & Labor Law Clerk for Littler Mendelson P.C.

In his free time, Randy enjoys watching sports, working out, biking, traveling, and spending time with his son.
