Mary Hager is an attorney with Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. She received her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1983. She received her Bachelor's degree magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University in 1977.

Mary was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota and all lesser state courts in 1983 and was admitted to U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota in 1984. She served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota in 1983 and 1984 and joined the firm in 1984. She served on the firm's Board of Directors for many years. She has over 35 years' experience in workers' compensation litigation, handling a wide variety of complex workers' compensation claims. She has lectured at various seminars presented to lawyers and the insurance industry and she served on a joint committee serving the Office of Administrative Hearings. Currently, she devotes her practice to mediating claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
