Announcing our Newest Associate Jacob Colling

Aafedt Forde is pleased to welcome back a familiar face. Jacob Colling previously worked at Aafedt Forde from 2017 to 2019 and then left to practice employment law. After working in employment law for one year, Jacob realized he could meld his employment law and workers’ compensation experience to create a truly dynamic practice. Aafedt Forde is thrilled to have him back to offer its clients the benefit of Jacob’s unique skill set.

As a member of our Workers' Compensation practice, Jacob provides strategic counsel to employers and insurers on a range of matters from claims investigation and compensability questions to appellate advocacy.

Jacob is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the United States District Court of Minnesota. Jacob's prior experiences have positioned him as an effective litigator and pragmatic attorney.
