Join presenters David Klaiman and Andrew Grimsrud as they explain and discuss the applicability of workers' compensation law to injuries suffered by employees working from home.  The course will review the basic legal fundamentals that govern workers' compensation liability, and a series of specific doctrines with special applicability to the at-home worker.  Finally, the course runs through a series of hypothetical fact patterns to help further color the discussion and leave attendees with a practical understanding of how working from home does and does not implicate workers' compensation coverage.

This webinar has been approved by the state of Minnesota for 1.0 Continuing Education (CE) credit for adjusters.
