Oral advocacy is one of Amy’s strengths for clients. She received an award for her advocacy in a regional moot court conference and has argued in District Court in two complex dissolution trials that involved conflicting evidence and cross-examination of witnesses. As a student attorney, she litigated on the other side of the “v.” and represented workers in their unemployment appeals with administrative law judges. She was successful in each of her client’s appeals and that experience has shaped her perspective on the do’s and don’ts now that she represents the defense. Amy has a detailed and personable approach to her practice, examining legal intricacies that can help resolve client issues at the forefront.
