Elliot E. Frayne

Elliot Frayne is an associate with the firm Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. Elliot received his Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2017. He received his Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Augsburg College in 2013, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.

While attending law school, Elliot was a member of the civil mock trial team. He used the skills learned in mock trial as a Certified Student Attorney in workers’ compensation matters, successfully representing injured workers in administrative conferences and winning at trial. By utilizing the knowledge he acquired representing injured workers, Elliot is able to efficiently and effectively develop creative strategies at all stages of litigation.

Elliot was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota and all lesser courts in 2017. He now represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters, by implementing a detail-oriented approach to his practice.
