Kathy A. Endres

Shareholder

Kathy Endres is a shareholder in the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. She received her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1984. She received her Bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Winona State University in 1981.

Kathy was admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and all lesser courts of the State of Minnesota in 1984. She joined the office of staff counsel for CIGNA Insurance Company in 1985 and practiced there, specializing in workers' compensation and civil litigation, through 1989. She joined the Aafedt, Forde, Gray & Monson firm in 1989 and has practiced, specializing in workers' compensation and employment related issues, to the present. She has over 35 years’ experience in litigation, specializing in defending workers' compensation cases and advising insurers and self-insured employers on employment related issues. Ms. Endres is a speaker at various seminars for insurers and self-insured employers, addressing workers' compensation and employment-related issues.

Kathy is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Minnesota Employers’ Workers’ Compensation Alliance and the Twin Cities Claims Association.
