Samuel Strom is an attorney with Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. Sam started at the firm as a law clerk in January 2021. He earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received several honors including two dean’s awards.
Prior to joining Aafedt Forde, he worked as a law clerk for McCoy Peterson, Ltd. Now, at Aafedt, Sam’s focus on representing employers is informed by his previous experience working primarily in the representation of employees. This background sets the stage for him to view cases from both perspectives.
Sam was raised in Duluth Township and attended high school in Two Harbors, where he earned the Best in Class Scholarship based on senior year GPA. He used the scholarship to attend the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism and graduated cum laude. While attending the University of Minnesota Duluth, he served as the news editor for The UMD Statesman.
