Brad Delger is a shareholder and board member in the firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2004. He received his Bachelor's degree magna cum laude in Political Science from Winona State University in 2001.
Brad was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2004 and was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in 2005. While in school, he served as an editor of the Minnesota Law Review and worked as a research assistant for one of his law professors. Following law school, he worked as an attorney at an insurance defense law firm for one year before joining the law firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. He represents employers and insurers in workers' compensation litigation.
Brad has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America™ in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law for Employers. Brad has been named to the Minnesota Rising Stars list annually from 2012 to 2018. Rising Stars are recognized as the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state of Minnesota and each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor.
