Parker focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims, managing all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, settlements, depositions, hearings, and motion practice. He has been recognized for his expertise in the field, earning spots on the Minnesota Rising Stars® list and Best Lawyers in America® for Workers’ Compensation Law for Employers. Parker also shares his knowledge through presentations at national and local workers’ compensation seminars.
Before joining Aafedt Forde, Parker served as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota’s First Judicial District, where he worked closely with judges, conducted legal research, and drafted court orders. He also gained experience in employment law, securities regulation, and e-discovery as a legal extern during law school. Parker is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California.
