Sheena Denny

Sheena Denny is an associate at Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. With passion and a keen eye for detail, Sheena brings a unique blend of experience, education, and personal flair to her practice. Sheena has a strong background in administrative and workers’ compensation law. Before earning her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2022, she spent nearly five years in federal public service at the Pentagon, working with the Secretary of Defense office and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

During law school, Sheena gained hands-on experience as a legal secretary and judicial extern at the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings, strengthening her expertise in administrative law. She is known for her analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing strategic and effective legal representation.
