Associate Attorney
Providing high quality and cost-effective legal representation while demonstrating knowledge and expertise in the work compensation process. Ability to independently handle a full to moderate caseload with moderate level of severity and complexity from case inception through trial/resolution. Provides recommendations and case analysis to partners on appropriate file handling strategy.
Paralegal
The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services; Responding to discovery requests, such as interrogatories and demands; Requesting of IME records; Review, analysis, and drafting of medical records summaries; Preparation, review, and organization of hearing and trial exhibits; Calculation of AWW (Average Weekly Wage) and TPD (Temporary Partial Disability); and other duties and responsibilities as assigned or apparent.
Legal Administrative Assistant
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, paralegals, and/or law clerks; Organize files, transcribe, proofreads, photocopies, files, retrieves files, and provides general file support as needed; Maintains calendars and schedule appointments; Arrange meetings and makes appointments; Coordinates medical evaluation appointments for injured parties and keep all parties/attorneys apprised of information as needed.
