Stephanie Thiemann is a shareholder with the firm Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. Stephanie received her Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Superior in 2014, majoring in Legal Studies with a concentration in Criminal Justice.

While attending the University of Wisconsin, Stephanie interned with the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office, mainly working with the District Attorney and the victim witness unit. She also had the opportunity to participate and contribute to the Prosecution Subcommittee in the early discussions of implementing sentencing guidelines in domestic abuse cases. While attending law school, Stephanie interned with a family law firm where she attended mediations and various court proceedings in the family law realm and also attended juvenile court and parental rights proceedings in Ramsey County. Stephanie is a certified Third-Party Neutral in the state of Wisconsin.

Stephanie is a very determined, driven, and goal-oriented individual and brings those qualities into her practice. She is personable and likes to collaboratively work with clients in identifying an overall goal and creating a strategy that will make the goal happen; whether it is an aggressive approach or a mild approach, she adapts easily to the needs and goals of her clients.
