Emily L.

Johnson

Shareholder
  • Workers’ Compensation

Emily Johnson is a Shareholder who brings a pragmatic, people-focused approach to her workers’ compensation practice. A Minneapolis native, Emily earned her bachelor’s degree from Drake University before attending the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she served as the Director of Trial Advocacy and Negotiations.

During law school, she clerked for an Estate Planning firm and gained hands-on experience as a student attorney with the Community Justice Project Clinic. These early roles strengthened her advocacy skills and deepened her commitment to client-centered service.

Since establishing her practice in workers’ compensation, Emily has guided clients through every stage of the litigation process. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients—from small businesses and government entities to Fortune 500 companies—and is valued for her practical, solutions-driven mindset.

Emily finds great fulfillment in her work largely because of the people she partners with every day, and she is dedicated to helping clients feel supported, informed, and confidently represented.
