Erica Fahrenkrug is an associate at Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A., where she focuses on supporting clients in workers’ compensation defense. Erica brings a meticulous and results-driven approach to her practice, assisting with case strategy, legal research, discovery responses, and the review of medical records to ensure comprehensive representation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2025, where she was active on the Jessup Moot Court Team, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Business Law Society. During law school, Erica also volunteered with the Mid Minnesota Legal Aid Low Income Tax Clinic and served as a mock trial coach for UPLIFT students.

Prior to law school, Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, majoring in Supply Chain and Operations Management with a minor in Business Law. She participated in a study abroad program in Florence, Italy, and volunteered as a teacher in Ghana, demonstrating her commitment to broadening her perspective and giving back to the community.

Originally from Wisconsin, Erica remains a devoted fan of her home state’s sports teams and enjoys running in her free time.
