Nicole Weinand is a highly accomplished civil litigation attorney and a Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist. With extensive experience in complex civil litigation defense, she represents clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, underinsured and uninsured benefits, premises liability, product liability, school liability, fires and explosions, construction defects and accidents, and subrogation of both workers’ compensation and property damage insurance benefits. Nicole is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Nicole has served as lead counsel in high-impact litigation, managing all aspects of case strategy from initial investigations through trial and appeal. She provides trusted counsel to clients on litigation and settlement strategy, and she has a strong track record of success in motion practice, mediations, and courtroom advocacy. In addition to her litigation practice, Nicole has experience as in-house counsel, advising corporate officers on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Nicole is actively involved in the legal community through the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She also dedicates time to mentoring attorneys and contributing to her community as President of the Westonka Speech Booster Club, where she supports high school speech programs and serves as a judge at tournaments.
