Whitney L. Teel brings twenty years of litigation experience to her workers’ compensation practice and has been recognized by her peers as both a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer. She is known for her creative and strategic approach to client representation, whether in negotiations or at trial. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of workers’ compensation defense—from compensability and compliance through trial and appellate litigation.
Whitney authors the rehabilitation chapter in the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Deskbook and regularly presents at workers’ compensation seminars. Outside her workers’ compensation work, she also devotes significant time to pro bono work with The Advocates for Human Rights, earning the North Star Lawyer designation twice.
