She has successfully led cases through all stages of litigation, from investigation to trial and appeal, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, in both state and federal courts. Nicole is known for her strategic approach to case management, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Having a strong track record in motion practice, hearings, and appeals, Nicole advocates effectively for her clients in every stage of the legal process. Beyond her litigation practice, Nicole has served as in-house counsel, advising corporate leadership on contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
