We’re pleased to introduce Nicole Weinand, a highly experienced civil litigation attorney with a strong background in defending complex claims. Nicole represents clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, construction defects and accidents, workers’ compensation and property damage subrogation, fires/explosions, SIU and appeals.
Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Nicole has successfully handled cases from initial investigation through trial and appeal. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association, a MSBA Certified Trial Specialist, and is committed to providing strategic, results-driven defense for her clients.
We’re also excited to introduce Savannah Lorentzen, our newest paralegal at Aafedt Forde. Savannah obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2016. She brings over five years of experience specializing in workers’ compensation and civil litigation defense, including motor vehicle accidents, underinsured and uninsured benefits, and premises liability.
